Laborer

We are looking for a Laborer to join our team. The Laborer will be responsible for performing general labor tasks on our job sites. This is a full-time role offering competitive wages, and an opportunity to learn and grow within a trade.

-Responsibilities-​

• Perform tasks as directed by the Foreman or Contractor in a safe and efficient manner.

• Load, unload and transport materials and equipment between designated locations.

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, raking, shoveling, etc.

• Assemble and dismantle equipment, structures and other items as directed.

• Perform site maintenance such as landscaping, cleaning fences, painting buildings etc. as needed.

-Requirements-

• Must be reliable and on time.

• Must have a way of transportation to get to and from job sites.

Framers

We are looking for an experienced House Framer to join our team and provide quality framing services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, preparing and erecting the framework of a house. You will plan and measure accurately, cut materials to size, shape and join materials together, and ensure all structures are strong, level and built with precision.

-Responsibilities-

• Develop plans for framing projects based on job specifications.

• Measure and mark cutting lines on lumber materials.

• Cut lumber and other materials to required sizes using hand saws or power saws.

• Assemble wood forms used in foundation pouring.

• Assemble the frame of walls by nailing together studs, headers, braces corner posts and sills at the floor line.

• Erect wall frames at the building site including erecting rafters for roofs and staircases.

• Build scaffolding for framing higher walls or installing trusses.

  -Requirements-

• Must be reliable and on time.

• Must have a way of transportation to get to and from job sites.

• Proven experience as a Framer.
  *Pictures or References are recommended but not required*

• Technical expertise in using carpentry tools (e.g. saws).

• Excellent spatial awareness.

• Good understanding of basic math such as geometry and trigonometry.

• Good problem solving skills.

• Able to read blueprints or technical drawings.

Carpenters

We are looking for an experienced, skilled Carpenter to join our construction team. The Carpenter will be responsible for cutting and assembling structures from wood materials. This position requires excellent attention to detail and a strong knowledge of carpentry techniques.

-Responsibilities-

• Accurately measure and cut wood materials according to specifications.

• Install counters, moldings, shelves, doors, skirting boards and frames.

• Perform any other duties related to carpentry.

• Cut lumber and other materials to required sizes using hand saws or power saws.

-Requirements-

• Must be reliable and on time.

• Must have a way of transportation to get to and from job sites.

• Proven experience as a Carpenter.

• Technical expertise in using carpentry tools (e.g. saws).

• Excellent spatial awareness.

• Good understanding of basic math such as geometry.

• Good problem solving skills.

• Able to read blueprints or technical drawings.
